Zentha Wellness is a conceptual wellness and coaching brand designed to empower women on their journey toward personal growth, mindfulness, and inner alignment. Through the Zentha Method—a guided, four-phase approach to transformation—clients are inspired to realign with their purpose, nurture their well-being, and thrive through balanced living.
This project focuses on building a cohesive, visually compelling brand identity through a custom logo, curated color palette, elegant typography, illustrations, social media templates, and marketing collateral. The goal was to create a brand that feels authentic, calming, and empowering while reflecting core themes of balance, growth, and self-care.
concept & Direction
The direction for Zentha Wellness was shaped by themes of balance, growth, and mindful transformation, inspired by the brand’s name—a blend of “Zen” and “Theta.” Early brainstorming focused on symbolism like waves, nature, and stacked stones, all representing peace, movement, and inner alignment.
A curated mood board helped refine the visual tone, featuring earthy textures, diverse self-care imagery, and organic elements. These visuals laid the groundwork for a brand that feels grounded, inclusive, and intentional.
The sketching process (captured in a time-lapse video) explored flowing forms and natural motifs, eventually leading to the final symbol: an abstract Z-shaped icon with leaf forms stacked like zen stones—representing the Zentha Method’s flow, transformation, and connection to nature.


Color Palette
Zentha Wellness’s color palette was designed to evoke a sense of calm, balance, and grounded transformation. Inspired by natural elements and earthy tones, the palette creates an atmosphere that feels both nurturing and empowering.
Careful consideration was given to contrast and accessibility, ensuring the colors not only feel aligned with the brand’s wellness focus but also function well across digital and print applications. The final palette offers a harmonious blend of softness and depth, supporting the brand’s visual storytelling and emotional tone.

Logo Design & Typography

Logo Design Breakdown
The Zentha Wellness logomark was developed through a process of thoughtful symbolism, combining elements of zen, balance, and growth. The final mark forms an abstract “Z” using soft, organic shapes inspired by stacked stones and leaves, contained within a circle to reflect wholeness and harmony. The visual breakdown of the symbol showcases how each element contributes to the deeper meaning behind the brand.

The brand typography was carefully selected to create contrast and flexibility across digital and print applications. The display font, Sorinok Gows, is used for the logo and headlines, offering a bold yet elegant character with a hand-cut feel that adds a sense of intentionality and personality. For subheadings, Acumin Pro Wide brings in a clean, modern structure that balances the organic feel of the display font. Cabrito Didone rounds out the type system with a classic serif used for body copy, adding a touch of sophistication and readability to longer-form content.
Illustration & Brand Elements
To enhance the personality of the Zentha Wellness brand, a custom set of diverse, body-positive illustrations was developed to reflect the audience the brand aims to serve—women of all shapes, shades, and stages of life. These illustrations bring warmth, relatability, and a human touch to the visual identity, helping communicate themes of self-love, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
Alongside the illustrations, a full suite of brand collateral was created, including an e-book, promotional flyer, thank you card, stationery, and social media templates. The Instagram profile mockup and carousel designs demonstrate the brand’s tone in action—visually cohesive, calming, and informative. The complete logo suite rounds out the identity system with versatile lockups and applications across both print and digital assets.








Final Thoughts
Designing Zentha Wellness was an intentional exploration of how branding can feel both empowering and serene. Every element—from the symbolic logo to the warm, inclusive illustrations—was crafted to reflect a brand rooted in growth, alignment, and holistic self-care. This project not only highlights the importance of thoughtful strategy and visual cohesion, but also celebrates the power of design to support personal transformation.
